The Pensioner & Retirees are entitled to the following benefits and facilities:

Issuance of Identity Card to Retired employees.

Issuance of Pension Payment Order to Pensioners.

Under Staff Welfare measures, the Medical Clinic established at all Centers where Zonal/Regional Office are functioning will be open to all the Retired employees of the Bank..

Under UBIREMAS, the member will be eligible for reimbursement of expenses incurred for diagnostic tests up to a maximum of Rs.2000/- during the financial year

Under UBIREMAS, the member is eligible for reimbursement of hospitalization expenses within a ceiling of Rs.1.25 lacs during the currency of membership

Holiday Homes are open to the retirees except on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays

Medical Insurance Scheme is in operation

Guest House/Holiday Homes run by Affiliates of All India Federation are open to the retirees

Preferential Interest rates on deposits is applicable to retirees, subject to conditions stipulated by Reserve Bank of India

Encashment of Privilege Leave in case of those resigning from the services of the Bank
